This task is to provide an option to use default configuration for zoom meeting. It should ask either to use default configuration or manually configure. By configuration I mean topic, agenda and message.

Made following mockups

Following mockup shows Settings icon with the zoom account
On clicking the settings icon the popover shows the fields that can have default values. Next step is to review them with @ImranBinShoukat, discuss design and implement.

What is the update here? My expectation is that for every task in the deck there would be an update on github

I couldn't continue work on this, due to other high priority tasks #9443 and Cequens merging into staging #10875.

I have discussed the mockup with @ImranBinShoukat yesterday. He suggested some changes. I'll work on this task today.

I have completed work for above enhancement and submitted Prs. The work involved

saving default zoom configuration in company preferences table (server)
Fetching company preferences record (server)
UI to add checkbox field to save info as default values and initiate field with default values if there (UI logic)
The work is done for sms/whatsapp and messenger zoom in livechat.

@AnishaChhatwani please test. You can use: sania@cloudkibo.com on staging. It has all platforms connected. See image below:

We have a checkbox at the bottom. If user checks and sends create and invite. Then along with creating invite, the above information will be stored as default. We are saving this information in company preferences table. Next time this information will be pre-filled. The checkbox is only visible to admin and buyer.
