I think @bjafri5 can handle this on chatbot logic layer. I am removing my assignment and baqar can complete this task.
This is complete and can be tested once merged

Support product with no Variant Product in WhatsApp and Messenger Chatbot
Our Chatbot assumes that all products would have some variant. This is not true in all cases.
We should allow this use case also. It should be database driven. If the product does not have a variant it should still work and not ask the customer about the variant.
This should be done for both WhatsApp and Messenger.
