Reduce time/flow for purchasing an order? For Shopify ChatBot

  1. Remove asking for how many items to order from the main flow and have them at the checkout time. Even there let the customer modify at the time of checkout by having the customer the ability to modify # of items.

  2. When showing the checkout we should show the email, and mailing address if we have it. Have the option for the customer to modify it. Most of the customers would use what they have by default.

  3. We should count the number of clicks it is taking now and the number of clicks it will take in the future for new and repeat customers.

  4. In the Order status remove the option of checking order status by number. We should show the last n orders by default.

  5. Any thing else

I have made the changes for both Messenger and WhatsApp commerce chatbots. This can be tested once merged

For new customers, after asking for the address, it asks for the email again. @bjafri5 please look into it

@bjafri5 please make the following change here.

When we show the recent orders, "we should please select from the following or enter the order id to view the order status" and remove the option "Enter order id to..."
