KiboPush page not receiving events #11014

For KiboPush facebook page, we are not receiving incoming message events. This task is to investigate and fix the issue.

The page is currently connected to sir's account on KiboChat: jekram@hotmail.com

This was occurring due to the new Facebook European privacy changes. I have handled those errors and this should work fine now. This can be tested once merged

@sojharo please test. I've also added the commerce chatbot to the KiboPush page, so you can test the messenger plugin out on our site: https://kibopush.com/

I've tested this with @sojharo and the events are now being received properly, however gallery buttons are not working with the chat plugin. We have looked into this, however couldn't find a reason on why this was occurring. I have asked this question on the messenger developer forum:
