1) I want a quick side by side a compare between us and them for product

2) Their UI

3) Business side - Price, Marketing, etc etc

They have a plugin of Shopify we should install it on Nighatboutque

I have also added heyday on our nighatboutique shopify store and enabled heyday web chat. We are on 14-days trial. Web chat and chatbot can be tested here: https://nighatboutique.com/

For pricing they only talk about shopify widget ($49) and enterpise plan (starting from $499). They do not talk about whatsapp and messenger on their pricing page.

I have reviewed it and also had tested the installed widget on Saturday and today on nighat boutique. We can discuss further on it tomorrow.

I have reviewed the comments and opened the following issues: #11327 #11328 #11329 #11330

I have invited all the team members to join the HeyDay for test and review the features. I have contacted the HeyDay's sales team as well for messenger and whatsapp channel integration. I will update when I hear from them.

I have looked the customers that Ariana has shared. They both are Fashion website. Dynamite is using messenger channel and Simons is using their web chat only. The chatbot experience is same for both messenger and web chat.
