Logic to create orders using cash on delivery #11412

In this, we will write the logic to create orders using cash on delivery payment method. The chatbot will ask for the user's email, shipping address, city, country, and zip code.

I have worked on it and it is under construction. I have setup the code to use new commerce chatbot for sms responses and need to work further on creating order and formulating response.

I have completed the work on this. We can test it once we have integrated with BandWidth API.
