Client side work for whatsApp configuration wizard #11509

In this, we will write the logic for client side work related to whatsapp configuration wizard. We will show whatsapp plans and let user choose and complete the configuration. If user is coming from marketing website (pricing page) then it should skip the select plan step.

Wizard steps would be:

  1. Choose a plan
  2. Enter billing info
  3. Finish
