One interesting thing of outreach.io is that they have specifically defined what value will their product add to the business

For marketing, what we can learn from WhatsHelp.io is to not showcase what page admins will see on dashboard, but first showcase how their page followers and subscribers will benefit from this new experience. This is how marketer will understand the use of this product. They are more interested in know what will be visible to their target audience. How their product will be shown to them on messenger.
Dayem and I had already discussed this that we would now show the screenshots and animations from messenger. And then in the next section of marketing website which says "how it is done" we would show some screenshots from our dashboard.
Another thing I saw is that it is OK to use some marketing related jargon to relate to marketers. However, we would use this jargon in E-commerce use case page and not in other use case pages. So marketing jargons like sales funnel are suitable in e-commerce only. We would learn what jargons are used by publishers, news papers and in politics marketing.
One other thing that we have missed in our segmentation is based on specific date. i.e. send to all customers who contacted me on last weekend. So this segmentation is also very useful and we should either implement it now or show it as promised feature in our marketing website and guide that we would implement later.
They have intelligently shown many of their features in screenshot while talking about the value that your customers will get.
All the above screenshots were about what the target customer will see or it showed how your marketing content will be shown to your target audience. When this thing becomes clear to page admin then they show their dashboard to let them know how it works. We have also thought of what we should be doing in this regards.
After all this, we should again put emphasis on our features one by one by writing small descriptions.
They are showing Greeting Text feature as different templates for chat bot.
They are also doing the use of Messenger Ads API. This is something missing in our own application.
WhatsHelp has not efficiently marketed that they also support integration with CMS like shopify or wordpress. I found this from their help page.
Zapier integration is included by all of them. ManyChat also introduced the Zapier integration recently.
Our Pricing Model vs Whatshelp.io
Their pricing model is based on number of subscribers unlike ours. They don't hide features by saying that this is for pro accounts only. They say on this number of subscribers, following will be the monthly price. They are saying you can create unlimited numbers of agents in team. I don't know yet what restrictions or benefits of this type of pricing is.
OutReach
This tool is doing a different marketing approach on their website. Basically, OutReach doesn't have this problem of explaining their customers what email marketing is. Email marketing is an old concept so basically they don't have explain this like we, manychat or whatshelp have to. Their marketing strategy assumes that user already know what email marketing is, so they are focusing more on strategies used in email marketing and how their tool can be used for these strategies. This is made with thinking in mind that user will be familiar with technology and will be serious marketing person.
While Messenger Marketing is a very new concept and not many people or even marketers are familiar with this. Also use of chatbot within messenger market is new concept therefore messenger marketing tools like manychat, whatshelp and others have put effort in explaining the concept besides marketing as well.
This one is so overwhelming with lots of pages on marketing website that person gets bombarded with lots of screenshots and explanations. Many of them are domain specific only.
