Email List and Campaign for News Letter #2518

This would tie to our blog (marketing news letter) that dayem was talking about. In this, we would allow people to subscribe to email updates if there is any new blogpost written by us.

This will contain an email list which would manage who subscribes or unsubscribes to our mailing list. MailChimp would be used to send news letters.

News letter basically would summarise the new articles which are published on our blog.

I have created the newsletter on Mailchimp and scheduled it for 10th of June. Every month we will be sending out a marketing newsletter with news tips and tricks

@bjafri5 please verify on mailchimp if this newsletter is still going or not. We are going to publish new articles on daily basis. Let's get it in working condition

I checked on MailChimp and there was only one email sent for the newsletter (https://us12.admin.mailchimp.com/campaigns/show?id=1433881) on June 10, 2018.

I would need to access the https://www.themarketingnewsletter.com/ to see how subscription emails are set up.

I was unable to access it due to it asking for a password reset. The password reset email has been sent to jawaid@cloudkibo.com

I have integrated MailChimp and set up an email subscription campaign for subscribers of the https://www.themarketingnewsletter.com/. It will send an email daily at 6 pm EST for any new posts of the day.

I have sent a test email to sojharo@cloudkibo.com and jawaid@cloudkibo.com.

I think we will not see email until we post any new article on this blog. Are you writing blogposts for this platform? I think we had discussed in this issue https://github.com/Cloudkibo/KiboPush/issues/2468 that you will start writing the blogposts. Let me know when next email goes so that I can review and resolve this issue.
