@surendarkumar Go back and reread what was asked for. After one week I do not want to waste my time to tell you to tell what is missing. It is well documented what I asked for.
Does it meet the requirements that I asked for?
What are the KPI values for this week?
What is the 2-3 learning from last week?

We need to continue updating the numbers in the sheet created by surrendar
This sheet is obsolete. I think we will be using mailchimp and our dashboards to see increase in our customers on daily basis. I am marking this resolved.

(weekly / monthly growth) The total number of subscribers on KiboPush Service (weekly / monthly growth) The total number of broadcast on KiboPush Service (weekly / monthly growth) The total number of subscribers on KiboPush (weekly / monthly growth) The total number of broadcast sent on KiboPush Every week/month we would define a goal, and the tactics to achieve that goal. At the end of the week, we would report not only on the results but learning and modified plans
Please put the process in place so we review these.
Also, propose other KPI's we need to review ChatBot Chat etc etc.

I have worked on this task and have compiled a list of customers with top 100 pages. I have excluded our accounts and test accounts from it. Also, I have a sheet where I am tracking weekly usage for KPIs.
Following two issues will help me in increasing my speed:
I worked further on this and sent 5 follow up emails to customers. I have also refined the sheet further to know which of the accounts are test accounts, which are our accounts, which of them had just signed up for testing and are not using any more, which of them we should remove, which of them we should contact again.
I will discuss this today with Imran and Sir Jawaid and we will decide the next action items.
I have sent mass email to remaining customers today. I will keep checking and updating the sheet accordingly.

I have sent weekly email to The Elegance on their subscriber growth on KiboPush and I have also sent warning email to 208 customers for their account deletion because of no activity on KiboPush.
