Run end to end testing on production #3539

This task is to run end to end testing on production and list down all the bugs if found.

This is an ongoing task and we should run this at least when:

  1. There is a new release for Production.

  2. At least once a week.

We should report the issues here. But open separate issues if this is a new issue.

  1. How many modules/test cases you have tested so far?
  2. How many are remaining?
  3. Also, please link and report all the issues here that you have opened in past two days.

I have tested 2 modules (dashboard and broadcast)and 20 tested test cases . I have opened 5 issues on github.

I have tested further broadcast and servery menu on Production and find some GUI which will discuss with @ImranBinShoukat on monday.

  1. Broadcast (again)
  2. servey ..... Working
  3. Polls......... Working
  4. Templates .......... Working
  5. Live chat ......... Not working found few bugs and opened issue on github.

Can you please provide the issues number for Live Chat issue

I haven't opened issue of livechat because imran is working on live chat feature.

Live Chat is in production. Then we need to open issues.

If we are working on something that has not gone live then we should not open an issue.

What was the issue?

on Production the issue was when i send message form messenger to page the system didn't show me the which user did message on live chat.

I have tested modules. When sojhro merge code from staging from Production i also test every component from again. I tested these modules on Production.

    1. Dashboard 3.servey
    2. polls
    3. Persistent menu
    4. setting
    5. Manage pages
    6. subscribers

I have done testing on staging. I have tested these test cases from TC000130-------> TC00198(Monday) Found three issue which i opened on github. (#4098 ,#4096,#3097)

@arveenkumar55 I have just merged staging into production and you need to do complete end to end testing on production today for major features to see if they are working or not.

I have retested again using test plan major three feature broadcast,servey, Dashboard (TC0001---> TC00257). Remaining will test today and tomorrow.

Today I am trying to automate the servey test cases using katlan studio.

Currently I am not doing manually testing .Today I have written Automated 20 test cases from TC0204----> TC0225 (Servery Menu Test cases) using katlon studio. Remaining will complete tomorrow or Monday.
