Additional information like:

  1. Last 12 months of monthly revenue
  2. Last 12 months of monthly add spent
  3. What information we need from their google analytics (may be easier on a web conference)
  4. What information we need from their FB adds (may be easier on a web conference)

Update: Ali (thebalm.pk) will be completing the creatives for the ads by today by 9PM. Once he makes the creatives, I will be shooting an email to all with ad details.

Update (23/7/018):

We (I and Ali) worked on creative and after 4 revisions, creative was made. -On the same day, we posted the same creative on Facebook. We did not promote the post that day because we first wanted the organic reach and we are successful in that. We have got about 170+ subscribers without advertising on Facebook.

-We will be promoting the post today for getting more subscribers.

Results: 170+ subscribers without any advertisement.

We need to publish the base Metrics and show how it is incrementally getting better.

Update: (26/72018)

The ad is live. We will be able to get the results and metrics once the ad runs for 1 or 2 days. I will also shoot an email related to results and metrics with thebalm.pk team.

I am not able to recall this as surendar and dayem only worked on this customer. We need to discuss and decide what we should do here.

@sojharo I am going to assign this to you. Please have the first conversation.

Setup a Zoom meeting and let's reset the account.

Also, before contacting him, let me know if he is using our product or not.

Our conversation should be about we have made significant changes and wanted to reconnect

After the initial conversation, we can determine when to handoff this to @arveenkumar55

I would like you to take the lead for now and when you set up the meeting please invite me.
