I have watched all of the above videos. They have defined a way which is to capture a customer and to engage the customer.

Their process is pretty much clear and easy to understand. -They have created a feature to collect the subscribers which is "COMMENT FEATURE". -Then, they have also created something for engagement which is "ChatBot".

Once @sojharo @dayemsiddiqui watches the videos, the we will be working on our strategy and execution part,
