This is a growth tool by facebook that we need to use in our own product. Please look into how our competitors such manychat, chatfuel and octane.ai have implemented this. After this you should also look into following link:

Please after thorough study create a design document on how we should implement this feature

There were following main tasks for this issue.

Understanding the messenger code as growth tool.
Studying the competitors approach towards messenger code.
Preparing the document which messenger documentation and research findings.

I have created the implementation detail + requirement for this feature. I have also listed the github issues for implementation of this feature.

All the details have been added to design document.
