Video for Smart Replies #4713

We do not have a video for Smart Replies Feature. The user guide link is : https://kibopush.com/smart-replies/

In this task a video will be created for smart replies and linked to the user guide & Smart Replies UI on KiboPush.

I have been unable to continue here, because during the demo.. the bot did not return a response for my questions on messenger.

I have asked @arveenkumar55 to test and open relevant issue. @ImranBinShoukat FYI.
