In our meeting with The Elegance, they told they don't use kibochat live chat feature and only use Facebook Page Inbox for customer chat because from there they can chat with both instagram and facebook users at the one place.
Please explore the instagram api and create a design document so that we can have the same functionality in our system.
Instagram API doesn't support chat api for now. However, we can see the comments on posts and reply to those comments using api.
Please see the screenshot of Facebook Page Inbox where I am able to reply to comments on my instagram account which I have just connected with my page.
