whatsapp/sms platform shows messenger notifications

Describe the bug Currently when I try to send a message on messenger the notification is showing in All platform.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to messenegr
2. message on page
3. go to kiboengage
4. select any platform
5. you can see messenger notification

Expected behavior It should display on messenger notification

Front End or Backend End issue? Frontend How was the issue found the automated test or manual test? Manual

When was this issues last working? NOt tested this scenerio

When I click on a whatsapp notification, it redirects me to messenger live chat. It should ideally take me to whatsapp live chat
