Messenger Chatbot: Adding the same trigger after removing the trigger using backspace button is not working

Describe the bug On welcome block screen of the bot, I added a trigger "hello" and by using backspace button from keyboard I deleted that trigger. When i try to add that "hello" trigger again it is not letting me add that saying "THIS TRIGGER IS ALREADY BEING USED IN ONE OF OTHER BLOCKS"

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: "1. On welcome block screen of the bot

2. Go to triggers and add a trigger word 'hey',
3. Remove the added trigger using backpsace button in keybaord.
4. Now try to add the same trigger again"
5. see Error

Expected behavior It should let you add and delete the trigger

This use case is never tested before there was no use case of it in the test plan also i have added it in the test plan now.
