Messenger Chatbot: Attacment with button webview is not working

Describe the bug I created a block and put some triggers and text and attached a youtube video link and attached a button open in a webview in it. When that block in triggered from messenger it only sends the text. Attachment and the webview button is not being sent.

I have tested this issue on arveen's account also for his account it is working fine. I am attaching my credentials so that you will be able to reproduce it.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: "1. On welcome block screen of the bot

2. add a trigger, text, attache a video link and create a button open in a webview
3. save the bot.
4. from messenger trigger it
5. see Error

Expected behavior Attachment and webview should also be sent from everyones account Front End or Backend End issue? BackEnd

How was the issue found the automated test or manual test? Manual testing

When was this issues last working? i can not answer this. since arveen have tested it on his account before too it was working fine. and this issue arise on my account.

I couldn't reproduce this issue. I have tested on multiple accounts and performed the above steps I am getting a video with a button on messenger in Webview mode. Assigning @AnishaChhatwani for verify
