I had a query though. I want to know our target group of customers that we aim to reach. This is important to help me study them and devise a marketing strategy accordingly.

@Ayesha-Ahmed @BushraMunaf @sojharo The target initially would small to medium size customers. With this segment, it should be both sales and support. Our use case should be it requires little complexity to either sell the product or to support the product.

There are lots of vendors providing chat support and our value is NOT in the chat. But is screen sharing.
