Create Video Tutorial for all of the functions of KiboEngage #791

We need to create video learning tutorial for all the functions of the KiboEngae

  1. Sign up for free Camtasia - it is free for 30 days http://shop.techsmith.com/store/techsm/en_US/home/ccRef.en_AU

  2. On each tutorial write a script and create a video tutorial

  3. No Video should be more than 2 mins

  4. Over here write the description of each tutorial

Worked on this, created video tutorials. Covered 40% of all the features of kibo engage. Camtesia Mac trial version didnot have the option to convert files. I will use windows version to convert them to format that can be played and will post on google drive today.

Update: This task is 70% done. We are Using speech tool now. Videos need to be added to match with speech tool . Edited videos have camproj file. Need to use some conversion tool to convert these to mp4 format.

Created all the videos. Upload on Google Drive is in progress. All the videos can be played from google drive but have a watermark saying 'Created with Camtesia Trial Version' . (Watermark is also on the video dayem uploaded on youtube) . I came to know that 'Camtesia' software is used in one of the courses taught at IBA. I went to lab on friday but lab was closed. I will check again today in computer lab of IBA if they have licensed version there in any lab. If this is the case, we can upload our videos from licensed version so it will not have that watermark saying 'Created with Camtesia Trial Version'.

We had to do videos in camtesia 8 for removing water mark same as we did for kibo push. i.e. With audio and without audio. Worked on this. Completed all the videos. Need to render it to .mp4 format and upload. Each video takes around 5 minutes to get rendered. I will do the rendering part today in office after classes
