None of Blue delete button working #797

Delete button on Groups page, Subgroups page, Teams Page, Agents page is not working: Repro Steps: Go to any of page, Groups/Subgroup/Teams/Agent Select any row and click on 'Delete' button on bottom colored in blue: Nothing happens:

From browser logs, i found there is no link defined on these button.

From code, i found there is no 'onClick' action defined on these button:

The reason this is not working is that pull request #796 is not merged yet.
