Client side logic and view to upload contacts file #11

We would create client side logic and screen here for uploading contacts csv file to server.

There are two parts to it. 1- UI part (done) 2- Redux part (in progress)

I will push the code tomorrow after completing the redux part.

Work on this is completed. Will assign someone for testing once the repo is merged.
