Design Document for WhatsApp API Simulator #62

The purpose of this issue is to create the design document for the endpoints of API simulator. This is temporary work so that we are not blocked by WhatsApp approval.

I and @dayemsiddiqui have studied the payload for all the API nodes of Whatsapp API. We have prepared the following reference document for Whatsapp API simulator.
