API simulator project setup #63

This would be for setting up the simulator project with express, mongodb and nodejs.

We have done the Whatsapp simulator project setup. We will push the code to git repo of CloudKibo.

@jekram Kindly provide us a github repository to host the simulator code.

@jekram Yes this can be a public repo. We are just using it upto when our business client is verified by Facebook. After that, our app will directly communicate with the docker whatsapp API client.
