(Group) sync to get message status from serve #383

If the sender device was not able to receive push notification due to Internet, then it should sync to know the current status of its sent messages in a group.

Completed the coding for logic. Statuses are correctly being synced from server. Remaining work in this is to Update and show it on UI.

Worked on this. UI work has been completed. Next, will write logical class to link it up with the app.
