(Group) Sync to send Pending Group Chat messages #411

If there are any pending group messages on device which were not sent to server due to internet issue, then on Sync, these pending messages should be sent to server.

Similar task might be needed on Android also if not opened already. @sojharo FYI

Will they not be sent when it reconnects ?

Yes. We will send pending chat messages when internet reconnects.
