Group Message status info missing #511

Group messages status information when message was read/delivered by whom is missing.

@sumairasaeed I need to understand why we close the task when we develop the code and then months later come back as say it is not working?

Need to understand if this was ever working or got broken recently.

Is this related to swift upgrade?

I recalled and found that this part of logic was linked to issue #412. It was commented as it was not showing correct status. Making required changes to convert it to swift 3. Will work on #412 in parallel with this so it will show correct status.
