(Contact Block) UI to block someone who is not in address book and has sent the message #513

In this case, it would show two buttons for a new person who has sent message: Add and Block. If we click add, it means we approve chat from this new person else we will block this person and it would go to block list.

Worked on this. UI has been created. There is error in adding tap gesture to navigation title. Need to look more into this
