(Contact Block) UI to block someone from the contacts lists #515

Contact list is the window where all our contacts are listed. We should have the possibility to block any contact from there.

Worked on this. Contacts are correctly blocked and unblocked using contact list menu. But there is some error in updating UI in realtime when navigating back to controller.
