(Search Chat) Create UI to add Search bar at top of Chats list #535

As watsapp, we will create a search bar at top on chats tab. Here is screenshot:

why are we working on random task? was this part of agreed upon work from yesterday?

Yes sir. This was opened as subtask of #481 (which was in deck) . Separated UI task from Logic work as both Logic and UI for Search Chat is bit complicated.

we will not open task for every line of code and we would not work on task until I put priority.

you did not answered the prime question of on why we are working on new task vs the task defined.

Task #481 was defined in deck yesterday sir. It was a single task for Search Chat feature . When I started working on it, i found that watsapp UI for search chat is complicated so broke #481 , renamed it to separate UI work from Logic so we can easily track progress

I am not talking of Task 481, I am talking about this task.We do not wake up after a month and start sub dividing task. Also you will not work on a task with my approval. Finish #418.
