file sharing not working if iCloud is not signed in #564

Steps:

1- Install app on iOS device while iCloud is not signed in. 2- Try to send an attachment file. 3- File will not be sent.

@sumairasaeed we should check on what Whatsapp does and we need to do the same thing. At minimum we should display a message
