(UI) dialog to unblock contact should be shown if try to send message to a blocked contact #569

iOS device don't show dialog to unblock any contact if try to send message to a blocked contact. Whatsapp client on iOS shows a dialog to unblock the contact first.

Steps:

1- Block some contact on iOS device. 2- Try to send message to the blocked contact. 3- A dialog should be appeared to unblock the contact before sending the message.
