status don't synced to server if iOS client read group message offline #576

Steps:

1- add ios and android in a group. 2- send message from android to ios but don't read it yet. 3- turn internet off in iOS device. 4- read message. 5- switch internet on in iOS device. 6- seen Status will not be synced to server

This was fixed when working on sync logic. Retested and status "seen" was sent to server
