(desktop) Logic to send sent message by desktop to server #588

If user sends message on desktop application then it should be received by mobile first and mobile would then send it to server side.

Will mark it resolved after testing with desktop app when desktop app corrects its UI . Issue Cloudkibo/KiboChatDesk#35 will be resolved. Currently, it is shown on console of desktop app.

Tested this. There was a bug in parameter parsing. Fixing this
