Image attachment in Broadcast list #611

This task is to attach images in broadcast chat message. The attachment will go to everybody in the broadcast list. This is dependent on server side task https://github.com/Cloudkibo/CloudKibo/issues/509

Work for uploading image from broadcast list was completed.

Completed code for downloading. Needs some testing
