Where is the API documentation in Cloudsim4.0 ? #130

I can't find the api documentation？Does any body know where to find it?

I also cannot find the new document. Also, the readme files are not updated. There should be some jar files in the code but there isn't any. Can someone help on this issue?

It appears that all documentation and most config figures are at least four years old. https://github.com/Cloudslab/cloudsim/tree/master/documentation/src/main/resources

Cloudsim no longer appears to be maintained. I've had some luck with CloudSimPlus, which has good documentation.
