What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.how can we implement vehicular cloud computing using cloudsim. 
2.How can we create cluster of vehicle using this simulator.
3.How can we implement VANET Vehicle to vehicle communication

To simulate Vehicular cloud computing

I am using Windows 7
