cant run in manjaro linux #98

hi there, I want to run app in Arch Linux base distro named Manjaro Linux. when i type 

no main manifest attribute, in cloudsim-4.0.jar
➜  jars java -jar "cloudsim-4.0.jar"
no main manifest attribute, in cloudsim-4.0.jar

My distro detail : 

4.9.35-1-MANJARO
➜  jars java -version
openjdk version "1.8.0_131"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_131-b11)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.131-b11, mixed mode)
