Citation style #4

It would be better if the template supports IEEE citation style, i.e., using numbers to denote the references in the text, instead of author name and year. The same should be reflected in the bibliography or the references section at the end of a chapter or the thesis. For example,

....Previously demonstrated methods to implement apodization include corrugation width modulation [27] Instead of ....Previously demonstrated methods to implement apodization include corrugation width modulation (xyz, 2019)

Hi @sakshal!

Thank you for your report and for using the INRS LaTeX template!

As described in the INRS writing guide, the IEEE citation style may only be used in the intermediate bibliographies that you can only use if your thesis is made from articles (but you are not required to). I believe it is your case, as per Issue #3. You may look at PR #2 to see if the option has been added and, if not, you may try to implement mix bibliographies with something along those lines. For reference, the definition of the \bibliography command is in theseINRS.cls.

Hope this works out for you! :rocket:
