coordinate conversion and infer rsid #46

Hi Yunye,

I am doing coordinate conversion between Hg19 and Hg38, and infer rsid from CHR:BP or infer BP from rsid for summary statistics. Does GWASlab support any utilities that can do it? or do you have plan to add the function in ten future.

I used one R package "colochelpR" for doing it. But recently I found some error in the function. Do you have any suggestions about it?
