Replace openmcl icon set for Cocoa IDE in master #148

Replace the old icon set for the Cocoa IDE with the newish one used in the macOS App Store release.

How about one more like the old MCL? :)

The icon set from the App Store is derived from the design of clozure.com. Looks slick to me. There are already far too much hand-drawn/amateurish/outdated looking logos, webpages in the Lisp community. Wasn't the old logo something resembling a yellow tree/alien hand on a blue background ?

That would explain the blue background :)
