Debian packaging #502

The old Debian bug https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=609047#223 says that the ffigen situation (i.e., using a patched gcc from years ago) is keeping CCL from being packaged for Debian.

When we can use an updated ffigen everywhere (#13), follow up on this Debian bug somehow.

I tried to update the bug report by sending it mail. With luck, that'll update the bug (although that bug is a bit old, and is starting to attract spam).
