We have no non-non-wheel directory, so let's just get rid of the useless layer of indirection.

To cut down on merging issues, I'd recommend waiting until the outstanding pull requests are merged:

pull request #11 pull request #15

On second thought, this doesn't need to be held back by those PRs - just adjust them to not be put in to the non-wheel directory.
