Implement nbt

Full nbt setting through nbt parser
Implement context based method for nbt parser finding depending on runtime environment

This was mostly finished in 65f60904dab0c850a6d3684065a9ccb91d1524e5, it just needs to be tested. Obviously mappings are going to be an issue due to having to work with non-spigot mappings that are likely to change often.
