Overview

This PR introduces significant enhancements to the to-do list application, including new functionalities and major UI improvements.

Key Features

Add Todo: Users can add new tasks to the list.
Delete Todo: Users can remove tasks from the list.
Edit Todo: Users can edit existing tasks.
Upshift Todo: Users can move tasks up in the list.
Downshift Todo: Users can move tasks down in the list.
Check Todo: Users can mark tasks as completed.

Responsiveness and UI Improvements

Responsiveness: The application layout is now fully responsive, ensuring a seamless experience across different devices and screen sizes.
UI Improvements: Revamped the user interface for a cleaner and more intuitive design.
