[ ] convert all formatting buttons to toggle ones (ex: Bold should stay on until toggled off, with appropriate indication)
[x] add a border around the Editor component to make it more explicit that there's an editable textfield
[ ] convert event description into a rich text field too
[x] add rich text editor to club description on ClubFormModal

[ ] toggle buttons don't work (they seem to work only when the textbox is empty)
[ ] numbered and bulleted lists don't have the indicators
[ ] there's no label for the event description field
