Open organizations #52

2 Type of organizations : Open and closed.

closed will be exclusive to the institute while anyone can join open organizations

Hey @Utkar5hM.. Can you explain in more detail what this issue should fix. I'd like to jump on it. With more clarity.

In this, we will implement a new boolean for organization which will decide if the organization is to be closed or open. open ogranizations will be independent of institutes, anyone can join those organizations and their events. a lot of routes and authorizations will need a rework(even inner routes for events and awards) for this. If you are free to work on it, I can assign you.
