feature: Add check for a specific range of vocab keys (AB#12392)

• Should be possible for a mesh provider to accept a tranformation based on a particular set of vocab keys.
• Assumed all hubspot compatable vocab keys start with hubspot.
• Extended the Accept method to accept a mesh command if the transforms contain at least one vocab key with the prefix hubspot.
