Feat: Add a scraper that fetches the newpaper from Amar Ujala E-paper

Describe the feature

This will achieve the following things:

• Fetch newspaper of the given date
• Can be customized according to city whose newspaper is to be fetched
• Will save it in PDF form for easy reading and sharing

I have already implemented these things in bash using wget zathura sxiv but would like to make one up in python for everyone
